All your desks are managed in a SharePoint List. We use different fields for our deks, like title, location, floorplan, Active, Keywords, etc. (you are free to add new custom fields)
As you can see we have a desk booking site on SharePoint online. There is a list called “desks”. Here the Admin can manage all his desks.

Edit your desks directly in the Microsoft Lists Mobile App from your phone. All changes can be done easily for each field and any value.
Next, I want to change the Keywords for the desks, so the users can filter and search by available amenities
Finally, I want to take a photo of the desk directly from my mobile camera.
